The Secret to Selling Fast and for more Money!

All of our clients are curious about staging and want to know whether it really makes a difference when selling. To answer that and a few other common questions, we brought in Lisa with The Professionals Home Staging and Design company.

Why would you want to stage your home?

There are many studies that show staged homes sell quicker and for more money than homes that aren't staged. As this process becomes more and more popular across the country, there is a good chance your home will be competing with other staged homes. Staging will help your home show just as well, if not better, than your competition.

What's the most common mistake home sellers make when doing it themselves?

There are a lot of things a homeowner can make a mistake on if they aren't trained in staging. One of the most common things we see is people over-neutralizing their home, essentially stripping away its personality. There are certain things that need to be present to make the home feel warm and homey, without making it feel cluttered.

When a home is staged, the eyes of buyers are pulled away from the flaws of the home. Because staging makes such a big difference when selling, it's important to align yourself with an agent who has the access to professionals like Lisa to help you get your home sold quicker.
