All of our clients are curious about staging and want to know whether it really makes a difference when selling. To answer that and a few other common questions, we brought in Lisa with The Professionals Home Staging and Design company.

Why would you want to stage your home?
There are many studies that show staged homes sell quicker and for more money than homes that aren't staged. What's the most common mistake home sellers make when doing it themselves?
There are a lot of things a homeowner can make a mistake on if they aren't trained in staging. One of the most common things we see is people over-neutralizing their home, essentially stripping away its personality. There are certain things that need to be present to make the home feel warm and homey, without making it feel cluttered.
